Materials:
Cardboard egg carton
Purple Paint
Two googly eyes
4 white pipe cleaners
Glue

Tools:
Scissors
Paintbrush

Steps:
1. Using the scissors cut the top off of the egg carton and save it to use on another project.
2. Cut down the center of the egg carton to create two individual egg carton rows.
3. Cut one of the egg carton sections off of the row. This will be your butterflies’ body.



4. Using the purple paint and paintbrush paint your butterfly.



5. To attach her wings bend the pipe cleaner into oval shape and secure both sets to each side of your butterfly.
6. Glue on the googly eye.

Kids crafts are the best because you are making them together. Enjoy time with your little butterflies everyday!
