Ghost Lollipops

Materials:
Tissue paper
Lollipop
White pipe cleaner
Black marker

Steps:
1.  Hold the lollipop stick, be sure to keep the wrapper in place. Place the tissue paper over the top of your lollipop.

2.  Bundle the end of tissue around the base of the lollipop allowing the stick to hang out.

3.  Then take the white pipe cleaner and twist it around the bottom of the lollipop.

4.  Using the marker, draw a set of eyes and a small circle for his mouth.
